Absolutely Lovely and Convenient
My husband and I needed a short term rental to bridge the gap between selling our home and moving to Spain. We wanted something in a safe and quiet neighborhood with good access to restaurants and the occasional shopping, and this home could not have been more perfect! The property itself was recently renovated and is very clean and spacious with a large, eat-in kitchen with modern appliances. The beds are very comfortable, and we appreciated having dressers to store our clothing. Our dogs loved the expansive, fenced backyard too! The neighborhood is great to walk in and is close to a couple of nice parks. The landlord, Sam, is fantastic! He always responded quickly and was very helpful whenever we had questions. Our neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. We were even invited to a backyard wedding reception during our stay! If you're looking for a comfortable home in a great location that's safe and close to all the amenities, you can't go wrong with Kettering Kempt!

Great Stay!!
We stayed at Kettering Kempt for 2.5 months during our transition moving from another state to here while searching for a home to buy. This home fit our needs perfectly.. fully furnished, newly renovated, new appliances, big kitchen, huge fenced-in backyard for our dog and child to play, attached garage. The home is in a great safe location close to shops, restaurants, park, schools, highways and Wright Patt AFB. The neighbors are very welcoming and became great friends. Samuel George is such a great landlord, extremely helpful and very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it those looking for the perfect furnished rental home!

Good stay!
I had a month stay for my job and it was very good! The owner is very nice, helpful and responsive. It's in a good, quieter neighborhood with friendly people. The house has been completely renovated and modern. Also, the master bed was very comfortable The garage is a single but long with ample room for storage along with a vehicle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others!
