Beautiful well lit quaint first floor apartment High ceilings

11 month stay - amazing

I stayed here while doing a clinical rotation for school that lasted just under 1 year. This was the absolute best case living environment I could have found, and many of my classmates were jealous of this little apartment I was staying in. Barry and his wife made sure the apartment was fitted with top of the line appliances and they made sure I had everything I would need during my stay. They were also very kind, quick to respond to any questions or messages I had, and fixed anything that needed fixing in a timely manner. The heated floors were such a treat during the winter, and the apartment was comfortable during the summer. Its in a great quiet location less than 10 minutes to the beach, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and there are plenty of things nearby to do for fun (like line dancing weekly down the street). I was genuinely sad to leave this cute peaceful little apartment after 11 months of living there. I highly recommend and almost wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect Spot

I have nothing but good things to say about this rental! The space is very clean and cozy with new appliances. The landlords were very kind and always responded quickly. The location is very quiet and in a safe area. There are plenty of options for groceries and dining out. The property is close to a LIRR station so commuting to NYC every day was easy. I would strongly recommend this space to anyone looking for a short term rental.
