This was a great place to stay. It's freshly renovated and well appointed. The location is in a quiet residential area and the neighborhood is nice to walk around. It's close to stores and restaurants and freeway access is very convenient. The owners are very nice and very responsive - you will enjoy it here!

Beautiful Cottage in Oakland

The cottage has everything that you might need for short or long stay. The location is perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants, local shops, and Trader Joe. It is at very quiet residential area, and it is safe to walk around at any time. Everyone in the neighborhood is nice and friendly. In addition to walking around Lake Merritt, there are plenty of beautiful hills to walk and explore. The owners are great, always available, on several occasions they offered assistance, do not try to take advantage of the renters. I spent three months, and I can tell confidently that it is the best place in Oakland! Thank you so much!

Safe/Great location and beautiful cottage

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. My work shift ended at 330am and I felt safe coming home at that time and parking. Inside and outside the cottage is great.Lake Merritt is walkable and a great area. The owners are awesome and no fuss.
