Amazing stay!!

I had the pleasure of staying here for a recent assignment and this place really set the bar high! It had everything you could possibly need on assignment and truly felt like a home away from home. Full kitchen with an air fryer, full bathroom, and multiple sitting areas. The neighborhood was very safe and I had plenty of privacy with my own dedicated entrance. Ginger was always super helpful and communicative for anything I needed. She really went above and beyond to make this stay memorable. Will definitely come back if I'm ever back in Bakersfield!

THE best place to stay in Bakersfield

I had a great time here! I want to say Ginger is THE best host that I've rented from. She is attentive, communicative & made sure I was comfortable during my stay. As a female, I take safety seriously & felt that Ginger also took my safety seriously, she truly goes above & beyond for her guests! Cali Chic Retreat in a nice area of Bakersfield attached to the main property w/ your own entrance & parking. It's conveniently near a shopping center, coffee, not far from Costco & retail shopping. The amenities are perfect w/ a full size kitchen, cooking utensils, coffee maker, spices, storage, etc. I enjoyed having a full size bathroom, multiple sitting areas for reading/lounging & plenty of storage for my things. If comfort is a big deal for you you'll also enjoy the queen size bed. I really enjoyed getting to meet Ginger & her family, I felt so taken care of & this stay really made me feel like I was home. If I ever find myself back in Bakersfield I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Haven in Bakersfield

Ginger’s place in Bakersfield is extremely accommodating and comfortable. She provides you the essentials and more, so you really don’t need to bring anything but your scrubs and laptop. She even provides you with some snacks on the first day. Really, Ginger did above and beyond what I was expecting. It was a great comfort after a long day at the clinic. The home is in such a safe neighborhood. It’s really centered in the suburban part of Bakersfield and I didn’t see any loiterers around at all. There’s a brand new Target that’s opening up soon that’s 5 min away and the Costco is like 10 minutes away. Ginger, herself, gives you your space and respects your privacy, while also being responsive to any inquiries you may have. At the end of the day, this place was the highlight of my rotation at Bakersfield. I feel like I would not have been able to survive it without this place to find solace in.

Spectacular Stay!

This property is the perfect place for traveling professionals. I highly recommend booking. Although it is attached to their main home, there is a private entrance and patio. The noise level was never an issue. There is a full kitchen and major grocery stores are just a short drive away. Gingers communication is thoughtful and timely. The family is extremely kind, caring, and considerate. They were amazing hosts.
