Great Place

Great place to stay, clean, updated, spacious and in a safe quiet location. Walking distance to downtown Ventura and the beach. Was here for 6 months absolutely enjoyed it! Randy is also a great landlord very attentive would always share his fresh avocados from his avocado tree. Definitely recommend this apartment.

A wonderful Ventura stay

My wife and I spent about five weeks at Randys place in Ventura. We had an amazing time - the apartment is clean, convenient to the beach and Venturas walkable/shopping area, and is bigger than it appears in the photos. Randy is a wonderful host. He is friendly, quick to respond to messages, and he showed up at the front door with freshly picked avocados our first week in town! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants easy access to Ventura and the surrounding areas.

This was an amazing property to stay at! It was up to date, clean, spacious, and with beautiful views of the ocean! Its location is perfect, located on a quiet street but still near down town! Walking distance from the beach too! The landlords were amazing, kind, and very responsive whenever we reached out to them! I would recommend this place to any friend/family!

Ocean and island views retreat

Ocean Island views! Walking distance to DT Ventura. Lucky me to score on the brand new remodel, clean and beachy. Easy walk to pier, promenade, fairgrounds. Hike to the cross and botanical garden. My hosts were on site and amazing in every way. Very safe with security gate. Lots of USBs. Can't wait to come back! See you soon, Natalie
