There are three bedrooms available in my house. My house is located on a corner lot by a moderately busy street. The neighbors are quiet and its a walkable street. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, but the upstairs bathroom has the only shower, the downstairs one has only a tub. There is a covered porch and fence surrounding the property with space to enjoy the garden.
Space
There are two bedrooms available on the upstairs level, both approximately 200 sq feet. The downstairs is a finished basement with a Murphy bed in a studio style space. Im also a traveling PT so I will be traveling in a different state while youre there and may drop by periodically to take care of the house or yard as needed but I always call ahead to let you know.
Neighborhood overview
My house is located in central tacoma just 15 minutes away from downtown, waterfront parks, point defiance hiking trails, and only a few blocks away from Cheney baseball stadium. Its a great location and a quick drive to all major hospitals in Tacoma and Lakewood and only about 25 minute drive Jointbase Lewis-McChord

Great place
I stayed in this home for a year and would have stayed longer if my work contract was extended. I had no problem sharing the space with the homeowner, Irene during my stay. She was consistently respectful, maintained the quiet hours, communicates well, and best roommate you can ask for. The property was also in the perfect location. Safe neighborhood, 5 min drive to Target and Walmart. Even 10 min drive to Tacoma mall! The hospital I worked at was only 7-10 min drive depending on how many red traffic lights you run into. Best part for me as a tennis player was how close of a drive the nearest indoor tennis facility was to the house so that was wonderful. Highly recommend this place. I stayed in the first room pictured in the photos because I wanted a window facing the sun. Would love to stay here again when Im around the area for work again!
