Great place

I stayed in this home for a year and would have stayed longer if my work contract was extended. I had no problem sharing the space with the homeowner, Irene during my stay. She was consistently respectful, maintained the quiet hours, communicates well, and best roommate you can ask for. The property was also in the perfect location. Safe neighborhood, 5 min drive to Target and Walmart. Even 10 min drive to Tacoma mall! The hospital I worked at was only 7-10 min drive depending on how many red traffic lights you run into. Best part for me as a tennis player was how close of a drive the nearest indoor tennis facility was to the house so that was wonderful. Highly recommend this place. I stayed in the first room pictured in the photos because I wanted a window facing the sun. Would love to stay here again when Im around the area for work again!
