Loved this place! My boyfriend and I stayed in the one bedroom lower unit over the summer and had a great experience. The property is private, and the area is safe and quiet. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and an array of great restaurants and bars in Santa Monica, Venice, and Sawtelle. The owner is flexible and friendly and made this a great experience for us. Any maintenance issues or questions were addressed quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend both the property and the area.

This place was absolutely incredible! Renting from Braxton was such a wonderful experiencehe was always quick to help with any questions or issues, which made everything so easy. I truly enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the Santa Monica area. The neighborhood is super safe, welcoming, and full of charm, and we had the best time during our stay. I couldnt have asked for a better rental experience!

Amazing find!

I had an incredible experience renting this property. I rented for six months, and if not for my work relocation, I would have stayed longer. The area is peaceful yet offers a variety of activities. You can easily reach the beach by walking, driving, or taking the metro. Downtown Sawtelle is also delightful, with numerous restaurants and charming shops to explore. There are also plenty of bars within walking distance for a fun night out. The location is ideal, and the property itself is brand new, clean, and comfortable. The best part is the private rooftop, which is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a morning coffee. As a travel nurse, Ive rented many Furnished Finders during my travels, but this one stands out as one of the best. What more could you ask for? Clean, comfortable living, a great location, and an amazing landlord who is always responsive and attentive. Highly recommend!!!
