Great stay!
I stayed for traveling healthcare. Wonderful communication with the landlord, clean and quiet apartment, perfect for walking to Unity Point and Blank Children's Hospital, very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this stay!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. Sherman Hill is the perfect location in Des Moines for all downtown activities and proximity to freeways. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and comfortable. It is an old building but apartment is remodeled. The two ac units in bedrooms cooled the entire apartment with the doors open. The floors are a little uneven, so you need to get used to that. We would definitely stay again. Chris is a great landlord, always responded and let us pay a partial month in October. Thanks again.

I had such a great experience staying here! The hosts are honestly the best, super kind and always quick to help with anything. Communication was amazing and the place is really comfy. Id totally recommend it!

Nice location
I stayed in this apartment while working at Mercy One Hospital and the commute is very short from this location. This location is also a short distance from a lot of good restaurants and the down town area. The neighborhood is a lot of older more historic homes. The landlord was very nice and responsive. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again if I was ever back in the Des Moines area.
