Amazing Studio!!

This was my very first time living alone for an internship. Tyrons studio was amazing and equipped with everything I needed. He always answered my questions and created guides/videos to make your move smooth. The complex has laundry, gym and good outdoor area to work from. The fountain outside made me enjoy my work from home days. The studio is located in a great area, I could walk to the beach in 20 mins! Very safe for a girl in her 20s. I already miss living there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!!!

Nice place

I stayed at Tyrons place and throughly enjoyed it. The setup is super functional fast WiFi, standing desk with dual monitors, comfy bed, full kitchen everything just works. Its walkable to the beach, groceries, and some great local spots (def hit Costa Brava). What really stood out was how smooth everything was. Tyron had detailed videos to help with check-in, was super responsive the whole time, and even sent my full security deposit back the *next day* without me asking. That kind of host makes a big difference. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing!

I had a great stay at Tyrons studio. It's well locate, at walking distance to the Beach, close to supermarkets, drugstore, restaurants, and there are even some interesting bars closeby. The studio has everything you need in terms of ammenities. The bed and pillows are extremly comfortable, the duvet is amazing. I slept like a baby. The condo is quite nice, with pools, sauna, heated pools, laundry. You can hear the fountain's sound from the studio, which was really nice. Tyron provides videos helping you find everything you need, and the list of activities and restaurants suggested by him were great and helped me immensly. Do not skip the french toast suggestions, they are GREAT! I would definetly stay there again, and highly recommend it :)

perfect time!

Tyron was an excellent host, he gave me recommendations, he answered quickly and was willing to answer every question. The apartment is incredible, you can listen to the sound of the water from the main fountain all day long, it's simply relaxing! I would definitely go back. I recommend this place! Close to the beach and many very good restaurants!

Great host and cozy spot

Staying at Tyrons place was a solid intro to San Diego life! I came out here to see if I could make SD my new home base and, honestly, this spot hit all the right notes. The studios right in the heart of Pacific Beach, and its super close to South Mission, where there are tons of volleyball nets and groups to join up with. Great way to meet people and get a feel for the local vibe. The studio itself is set up perfectly for remote work too. The dual monitors and standing desk were clutch, and the wifi was solid for all my calls. I started most mornings with coffee on the balcony looking out at this fountain pretty relaxing way to kick off the day. Then after work, Id usually hit the beach or relax in the pool and hot tub. Definitely helps you feel like youre on vacation, even when youre working. Tyron was super helpful, always quick to answer any questions, and he had some good tips on local spots and the best places to grab food nearby. The studios got everything you need fully furnished with plenty of storage. It was easy to settle in, and it actually felt like a little home away from home. If youre looking to test out the San Diego lifestyle, this spot is a great choice. Definitely a cool place to come back to after a day at the beach or hanging with the volleyball crew!

Cozy & Central

I had a fantastic stay at Tyrons studio in Pacific Beach while I was transitioning between moves. The location is absolutely perfect an easy walk to the beach, and so close to grocery stores like Vons and Trader Joes, as well as some great local spots like Elixir Coffee Shop & Costa Brava! The studio is in a quiet and well-maintained complex, and the pool and hot tub were great bonuses for relaxing after busy days exploring San Diego. The space is ideal for one person, and I appreciated how everything was set up for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed starting my mornings on the balcony, which has a view of the fountain! Tyron was a great hostsuper responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Whether youre here for a short stay or relocating, this studio is a great choice. Id definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

Clean and convenient!

I had a pleasant stay at Tyron's studio in Pacific Beach. I came to work remotely for a month and it checked all the boxes. Reasonably priced for the area and a short walk to CVS/Vons/Trader Joes and some nice restaurants/bars (definitely check out PB fish shop and Costa Brava - my favs from my stay!!) Its in an older complex that is well kept - my favorite part was the pool and hot tub on the property. The studio itself is the perfect size for one person and the desk had two monitors to work from - the balcony is a nice spot to work at too. Tyron was a very communicative host and all of his directions were easy to follow - Id stay again!
