The BEST Landlord Expereince OF OUR LIVES

Ryan is the kindest, most respectful, and human-oriented landlord we've ever met. The home was lovely, the yard was gorgeous, you can see the Batman tower from the backyard. Ryan was patient and flexible, and he let us take in a rescue sulcata tortoise that could live in the yard. We are so sad that we've had to move for the sake of my potential PhD program. Ryan is super supportive of you, whether you're a tenant or you're sailing away. The neighborhood is exquisite as well. The baseball park behind the house was my favorite place to walk after work everyday. The next door neighbors are so kind. And we loved walking to A Thousand Hills Coffee Shop every weekend. Parking at the house was always so convenient. One of the greatest places to live in downtown Nashville. We will really really miss our home here, we'll miss this amazing neighborhood, and we hope you fall in love with it just as much as we have!
