Nice location but extremely cluttered apartment
I stayed there for 1 year and the place was super cluttered. The owner left all her clothes/belongings in the apartment. Very little room for my belongings. The bathroom sink overflowed with other apartments dish disposal. It occurred at least once every 3 months. The carpet was filthy. I also had to gather the owners mail and save it for her the entire year. The place was not worth $2800/month and now she is charging $3200/month.
