Amazing Apartment, Wonderful Host

My husband and I rented this apartment from Laura for 7 months this past year and could not recommend it enough! The apartment is clean, well-decorated and homey! Laura was an amazing host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with whenever we needed anything. The location is absolutely perfect, with only a ten-minute drive to Portsmouth and ten minutes to downtown Dover. The view from the porch is absolutely stunning & the walking trail along the water is an added bonus. We were very happy with our stay here and highly recommend it for future renters!

Beautiful area, great apartment

Stayed here as a student and it was great! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Area was beautiful and had a great walking trail. Offered privacy but the landlord kept in touch and was very helpful! Overall great stay in Dover and highly recommend to students!

Great place to stay

Very nice and clean apartment.Very quiet surrounding area great for students. The apartment was well equipped with various necessities and the surrounding views were a very nice added bonus. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay here.

Clean, Quiet Apartment

Very nice apartment in a great location for convenience as well as birdwatching! Responsive landlord, good parking, and good neighbors as well.
