Not safe

The tenants have had the police called at 3 am for screaming and fighting . They openly smoke weed in the courtyard and I was threatened to be beaten up and " taken care of" by another tenant when standing too close to her door trying to exit the property when she was entering. The homeless people are everywhere and block the entrance . It's ok for a temporary stay

Great property for my needs

I stayed here for the month of Febuary and had no complaints. The property was clean and had everything I need to cook with. Parking is in another lot across the street but very well lit up. As a female I felt safe and especially safe once in the courtyard. The tenants who stay there have all been nice and respectful. Any concerns or questions I had were tended too immediatly. Also the shower was AMAZING!

Fit my needs perfectly

I stayed here last year for a few months. Very clean and comfortable. Everything needed was provided. Personal parking space was very convenient. I actually shared a unit with a friend of mine…and considering it was two guys in a small unit…it was still very comfortable. I really wish I could have lived their longer, but life goes on. I will def use Dwight’s rental again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here at Ogden Exec. The condos are all inward-facing, so you have a view of the central courtyard instead of the streets of Vegas. I felt very safe in the courtyard and the apartment. Pros: right next to Fremont St but far enough away that you don't get the noise. Very responsive host - usually responded to texts within hours, including on the weekends. Cleaning/restocking halfway through the rental is included in the fee. Very nice toiletries available for no extra charge. On-property washer and dyer. Gated parking. Cons: the only con of our stay was the initial cleaning, which was sub-par. However, Dwight addressed this within 24 hours of notice.

I stayed at the Ogden Executive for a month and had a great experience. The building is conveniently located near Fremont Street, and having a food mart right next door was a huge plus. The on-site laundry was easy to use, and I really appreciated that the unit came with an air fryer. The building felt safe and was nice and quiet throughout my stay. Dwight and his team were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great month long stay!

I spent a month at Ogden Executive and had a great stay. The apartment was charming, clean, and quiet. The courtyard is great for relaxing, and there's endless entertainment within walking distance. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed far quicker than I would expect from any landlord. I was impressed, and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great stay Dwight! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from you again if the opportunity presents itself.
