Brand New Guesthouse Studio Close to Hospitals and Shopping

Long Beach Oasis

My assignment took me to Long Beach and this gorgeous apartment. It is nestled above the garage, but adjacent to the house. It has a beautiful view of the neighborhood. All the amenities you need and the decor gives the feel of a living room. Sheldon and Marian are very attentive and are easily accessible. They respect privacy and are a very nice couple. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. In addition, it is a great price point. If you are in LB, and it is available, you won't regret it. Also, the backyard totes a beautiful tree that creates a beautiful covering for cool evenings.

3 month stay

I'm a traveling healthcare worker and this place checked all the boxes! Sheldon is a great communicator and made the place feel like home away from home. The space and appliances worked great. The location is also very fun to explore with fitness centers, shops, restaurants, grocery stores all nearby. I would easily stay here again and would have stayed longer if I had the chance!

Amazing Stay

I lived here for 3.5 months and have nothing but positive things to say! The unit was very clean upon arrival and all appliances are new and working great. Sheldon was a super responsive landlord and accommodating whenever I had an issue or guests staying over. I would highly recommend staying here, it's in a great and safe neighborhood that's near a ton of shopping/stores. There's always parking on the street with the free parking pass. I didn't want to leave, this place truly felt like home away from home!

Clean, safe, and comfortable

I stayed here for two months and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean, the owners were responsive and easy to communicate with, and the place felt safe and secure. The neighborhood was pleasant and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This property was very spacious and very clean! I stayed here for a little over a month and it had everything I needed. All the appliances are brand new and washer and dryer available was nice too. The place has its own entrance as well. The neighborhood is very safe with lots to do! Parking is free and I was provided with a parking pass. Would definitely recommend staying here!
