Tenet will have access to three brand-new smart TVs, one in their bedroom, the second in the shared living room, and the third in the living room.
The space is quiet, cozy, private, and all-inclusive. The renter will have a private bathroom and a room with elliptical exercise equipment and a television. A laundry facility is within walking distance of the house or a one-minute drive away. However, if on-site laundry access is desired, it can be negotiated in the rental agreement.

This house was PERFECT - cozy, large porch and back deck, just the right size, great location and walking/biking distance to Park Circle, shops, local events, grocery store, many bus stops, and the train station. Bonuses: the home included a bike for exploring, a sweet neighborhood kitty stops by sometimes to say hi, and best of all your neighbor on the left is a delicious cake shop. Bikes, kittens, cake, and a prime location! The hosts made me feel like family, so sweet, friendly, communicative, knowledgeable of local happenings, and really made my stay special!
Ashley's home is very comfortable, clean, and has a great outdoor space to enjoy! I stayed for one month and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is in a great location, walkable to different restaurants and parks. Ashley is a kind and thoughtful hostalways fair, responsive, and considerate. Id highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located place to stay!
