Fully furnished detached studio, new roof, new restroom, new kitchen, etc. This studio is detached from main house. So you will have your own private entry. Also, my property is somewhat a micro farm with chickens, rooster and have an older heading dog and with a lot of citrus trees. The studio does have a small storage unit in the backside of the studio.
