This is the main house that is on the property. It has a primary bedroom with a private bath, as well as two more bedrooms and bathroom which they share. The kitchen is nice, large, and updated. There are two living areas - one that has a keyboard and one that has a massive TV. The dual office space is great for work from home, gaming, and it also has a full body massage chair for relaxation.
Neighborhood overview
Located in the Parkwood neighborhood, there are walking trails that the HOA maintains. One is accessible through the fence behind the house! There is also a great mediterranean restaurant half a mile from the place located right in the neighborhood as well as other restaurants located all along Highway 55.

Perfect for clinicals
It was exactly as described and shown in photos. Neighborhood was quiet to study and ways to walk dogs in. Home had every amenity needed for daily comfort.

Amazing stay
I needed a place to stay for a few months while looking for a new home, I was transferring to the area for a new job, and I had recently lost everything during hurricane Helene. This apartment was perfect. I have a dog and it was an easy stress free transaction. Emily was great to work with. I'm hybrid and was able to work from the apartment while also locating a new home. It was clean, homey and I loved being able to cook or easily get take out. Highly recommend.

Home away from home
Emily's rental was the best place to stay during my travel assignment at UNC. The place is very conveniently located to shopping and major highways. My commute to work was super easy and took about 15-20 minutes. The apartment had all the amenities of your own home including a huge washer and dryer which I personally loved. Emily was very welcoming when I arrived and was only a text message away if I needed anything. 5 stars all around!
