My stay at this home was great. The house has everything one needs. Everything is comfortable and clean. The landlord was very responsive to my inquiries. The location is close to downtown Durham. I would choose it again.

Perfect Little Transition Home!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this charming 2-bd/2.5-bth rental. The home itself is perfectly furnished, with modern appliances that make it both cozy and functional. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics we needed for preparing meals (gas stove) and the comfy bedrooms offered more than enough storage. The front porch was a great spot to relax (heat permitting) and people watch, but the backyard with its fun lighting has a table, a grill and a firepit, ideal for evening hangouts. Theres shared parking available, as well as street parking, making it super convenient. The location is quiet, walkable and close to everything you need, from shops to restaurants. Steve and Lee were also incredibly warm, accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay!

Very Nice and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental home. We needed a place that was comfortable for "work-from-home" and convenient to Duke and restaurants. I enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood - so adorable and every house is unique in its own way. The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean and had a cute outdoor patio area. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Rental!

My husband and I stayed in this rental home for two months and had a great experience. The owners were friendly and responsive, ensuring we settled in comfortably. The location was excellent easy walk into Old West Durham and close to everything we needed yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential cooking supplies. The in-home washer and dryer was an added bonus. Overall, this is a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we whole heartedly can recommend it.
