Chic Comfort & Warm Home
Leaving the BeachFlower is bittersweet for me, but I’m so excited for the next person who gets to call this place home for a while. I stayed here for over a year, living in both the loft and the garage, and I can’t say enough good things about either space or about Tracy, the wonderful owner. She was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything I needed. As a young woman in a new city, this felt like the perfect landing spot during a transitional year. You’re just 10 minutes from Folly—the kitschiest, coolest beach—and the local spots around James Island will make you fall in love (many I found through Tracy). The neighborhood always felt safe, with families out walking and people in their gardens. The loft’s balcony is beautiful, and the garage opens to a big, tree-covered backyard. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished—great bedding and amazing water pressure. Truly feels like home.

Perfect studio
I stayed in the carriage house studio. Beautiful studio. Well decorated and homey. Had everything one could need. The owner, Tracy was fabulous to work with. Quiet but available for anything needed. Location is amazing. 10 minutes to the beach. 10 minutes into downtown for work. Traffic patterns here were easy to manage. Could not have ask for a better stay.
