The property is on 1.5 acres with lots of trees, a garden, firepit, sitting areas, back deck, covered BBQ area (grill and smoker), birds and squirrels. Feels like a park. Adjacent to nut tree grove and accessible for walks. The house is on a quiet street and neighbors are very friendly. Very safe area.

You will have the south wing of the house which has a door separated from the common room. There is a bedroom that has a king size bed, closet and a dresser. This room has an exposed brick wall and lots of windows. The other room is a den with desk, tv, and futon couch. The private bathroom and linen closet is also in the hallway. Total space about 300 square feet.

Quiet residential area close to town but feels rural. Close to shopping center with Safeway, movie theater, Home Depot, Wilco and Apple Bees. Also nearby Market of Choice and Rite Aid. Many other businesses, restaurants and shopping along ninth street. A few minutes drive to downtown Corvallis.

Ken's Place
I enjoyed my stay and I strongly recommend it. The property was spacious and the Kitchen was well appointed and it saw lots of use. Ken was friendly and communicated well. I loved the two cats but one took a few months to warm up to me. I helped myself to mint and lemon balm from the garden.
