Located in the Uptown Phoenix/Biltmore area, there is plenty to explore nearby! Piestewa Peak is walking distance from the property, as well as Aunt Chilada's mexican food and our neighborhood bar Gallaghers. The area is safe and perfect for walking your dog around the nearby park, around the corner for coffee, or hiking. There is a Sprouts grocery store and Walgreens down the street.

My husband and I absolutely love this condo and are looking forward to our next stay! Its bright, clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed including a variety of appliances. The bathrooms and laundry area were stocked with our initial needs of soaps, shampoo, cleaning items, etc. The neighbors are friendly and its a very safe, quiet neighborhood environment. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the great bike/hike trail. Leti is a wonderful host and very prompt to respond to all of our questions. Thanks for your gracious hospitality!
This home was great for my 3-month stay. Leti is a great landlord and made sure my stay was pleasant. The home is very spacious and had everything that I needed. Very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Easy access to the highway and maybe 15 minutes from everything that I needed/wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again.
