Very quiet space, comfortable for one person, guest bath will be dedicated to tenant. Please note, the property does have 3 well behaved cats onsite, litter boxes are outdoors and well maintained. No pets will be on property after January 1st when whole house becomes available for short term rental (3 month terms with possible extension).

Amazing place!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this room. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Marcy was fantastic, very friendly, responsive and respectful of my privacy! I highly recommend this place!

Will stay here every time!
This property was clean and well kept with access to the kitchen anytime. It's close to the hospitals and was exactly what I needed. Marci is a great hostess and is very respectful of your privacy. I would stay here again, it was the best experience I have had when renting a room. Worth every penny!!
