It's a very inviting house with a great energy. We used to host large parties there in the past, as it has many comfortable spaces inside and out. But now that it's just my Mom (a retired medical professional) as the permanent resident, the atmosphere is a little more subdued. Remodeled within the last 5 years.
I live there only a few days out of the week (I have a lot of business in the area, but my family lives elsewhere...

We're looking to rent out 1 or 2 rooms in a 5-bedroom/3-bathroom home. We can have them furnished or unfurnished, as we have extra furniture in storage. My sweet Mom lives in the big house by herself and I visit weekly.

I had a wonderful stay at Roberts place. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to rest after long shifts. The location is excellentjust minutes away from Kaiser South Bay and Harbor UCLA, which was perfect for my assignment. What made the experience even more special was his mom. She is truly like an angel and treated me as if I were part of her family. Im so grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend!
