I only got to enjoy the place for a year, but it really felt like home. The location is close enough to everything to be within walking distance, while still being quiet and peaceful. The area always felt safe, the staff was friendly and the apartment was great. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.

cozy 1br - perfect location, always quiet

This apartment is such a gem in the most perfect location. This 1 bedroom is cozy and super quiet with fast internet, making it perfect for working from home. 10 min walk to either Gaslamp quarters or Little Italy, and 5 minutes from Seaport village. Kitchen is very well stocked for both cooking and baking. The complex has secure underground parking with an assigned spot, 2 pools and a small gym. 24h front desk personnel and secure package storage. I have felt super safe living here, both within the complex as well as surrounding blocks. The owner has always been quick to respond to any inquiry and very accommodating.
