This is a unique semi-sustainable property. There is solar and grid power. The freshwater pool is available and we have laundry on site or there's a laundromat a block away. We're close to several hospitals, ASU downtown along with numerous shopping and dining options. Hiking isn't far, Oak Street Murals among many other murals are all in walking distance and there's some great coffee shops nearby.

The Best Desert Stay
The owners are the best treat of this resort like stay, hands down. The location is exactly where you'd want. Right out the downtown city lines but close enough that it's accessible. Close to hospitals so your travel contract seems like a breeze for healthcare workers in Phoenix. The cottage itself is very self sustainable and frankly so nuanced that the tutorial at the beginning of the stay was essential. The home itself is trendy but keeps a homey feel. From the art on the walls to the quiet environment, I enjoyed every part of this stay and when I'm back in town, will definitely be visiting this home again!
