Great Spot / Great Owners in North Hollywood!

Patrick and the other landlord were extremely accommodating of my stay, and always were able to help throughout the duration of the three months I was there. Your room is well kept when you arrive, and it has everything you need for a stay, with a comfortable bed and access to a good AC. I had no hassles with payment whatsoever, and the contract process was straightforward as well. Overall, 10/10 recommend this place! Whether you're a young professional or a seasoned travel worker, if you need to stay in Hollywood you've got a great spot right here

Great price for the room and excellent property

Patrick is a great and friendly landlord! He was very helpful with the move in process and communicated clearly throughout the duration of my stay. The room was clean and spacious and exactly what I needed for my short term internship. Patrick also discounted the original rate for me and was always available when I needed something. Highly recommend and thank you!

The Best place to stay with confidence

I was new to California and with full of skepticism about rent.But ,I was luck to find this clean, affordable and well-managed property!. The two cool property managers -Craig & Patrick were attentive to my needs and responded swiftly to my requests. Roommates are quiet and keep to themselves. If you like cooking your self like me this is the best place which I highly recommend to check out . Plenty of street parking.I ll definitely share my positive experience with my fellow Medical students and nurses to come and stay here. If I go back to North Hollywood ,Patrick and craig are my number one people to call.Currently Medical student and will be soon a doctor!!!Keep it up Craig and Patrick!!!

Cozy place

although this property has many rooms with many tenants, i felt comfortable and feel the house was well maintained. my room was clean and comfortable and i was able to have a stable place to rest and work on my writing in between my busy nights as a stand up comedian new to the LA comedy scene. i shared a bathroom and that was fine. if i ever needed anything craig the house manager was quick to fix it. when i moved in there was a regular shower head in the bathroom but i asked craig if he could install a removable shower head and he did right away. there a lot of tenants on site but everyone keeps to themselves but are friendly in passing, there are 3 fridges so plenty of fridge space that allowed me to cook at home and save money. everyone cleans up after themselves but craig does regular house upkeep and deep cleans. i accidentally locked myself out of the bathroom and the property manager had it fixed right away
