What got me was the view and the amazing sunsets. I also really like living downtown everything I need is walking distance. There are two grocery stores and plenty of dining and shopping. The flats east bank known for it's nightlife is three blocks away and there are several social clubs that meet in the area. There are coffee shops across the street and one block. over. It's a lifestyle and I wouldn't have it any other way.
