I had such an amazing experience in this place! The landlords were so considerate and thoughtful in so many ways! They made the place so welcoming and thoughtful of all the little things to help make the moving transition as easy as possible! They have clear communication and it's appreciated!

Wonderful and Responsive Landlord!

This landlord truly goes above and beyond for her tenants and cares about making them happy. She is easy to contact and she responds to all issues promptly and professionally. She goes the extra mile to make sure that they feel at home. Staying here gave me the opportunity to get established in San Diego and focus on my next steps. I recommend it to students or busy professionals. The landlord made my transition much easier and she was kind and accommodating throughout my entire stay.

Great place and best landlords ever

The place is nice and you get your own parking spot. I had an unusual living situation and they were willing to work with me for which I will forever be grateful. They were the nicest landlords and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Clean/Comfortable/Cozy

Centrally located, with easy access to El Cajon Blvd, freeways and stores. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. The apartment is roomie enough, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was fully stocked with dishes, full size fridge stove/oven. The best part is the accommodating landlords who are extremely pleasant and easy to work with.
