Perfect "Charming & Cozy" Stay - Extended from 90 Days to 9 Months
Exceptional 9-month stay! Unit exactly as advertised - truly charming and cozy with comfortable beds, recently renovated, spotless condition. Heated garage was absolutely invaluable during Anchorage winter (never once had a cold car start). All amenities work perfectly: in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV with apps, excellent heating system. Very quiet building with professional tenants in other units. Perfect location near Dimond Mall, Costco, Target, and easy highway access. Melanie is an outstanding landlord - extremely responsive, accommodating, and handles snow removal promptly after every snowfall. Extended my stay from the planned 90 days to nine months because I felt so comfortable and safe. Best rental experience I've ever had. Would return immediately if needed. Highly recommend for any traveling professional coming to Anchorage!
