Much, much nicer than described!!

I've been in this rental for a little over a month now and I have absolutely no complaints!! Any time I've had a problem - from the squirrels leaving trails of trash on my steps to the sinkhole that showed up in the backyard - Eric has been very easy to contact and really quick to fix whatever needs to be done! I needed a welcome mat and he had one delivered the next day! This apartment is a second-floor unit with 16 steps straight up. I was worried that my senior dog would have problems getting up and down but she doesn't, just thumps along one step at a time! I hardly hear my neighbors below, and I know none of us are tiptoeing around or being super-quiet. It's really the perfect place after a long day at the hospital. Couldn't recommend it enough.
