Great apt, bad roommate

This is actually a great space, located on the 3rd floor in a gated community. The bed was comfortable & the room has a smart TV. Private bathroom in the hall. The issue was the roommate, Whitney is a longterm tenant who did not respect the common areas. She'd cook & leave the kitchen a mess, leave food out for days. I never cooked because all the pots/pans/dishes were dirty. She rarely took out her trash. She hogged the washer/dryer and fridge space. There was nowhere to eat or sit because her stuff was everywhere. Her sister & niece slept in the living room for the whole mth of June. The landlord never checked on the apt conditions. Maybe I should have said something but I was stuck in a lease & afraid of retaliation. She acted like it was her apt, so I stayed in my room. If she gets Whitney out, it'll be a nice place, just watch where you park. I was towed without any warning for parking in someone's assigned spot, the paint is very worn, cost me $230 plus lost wages.
