Super recommended!
28-year-old international student from Peru! I really enjoyed my stay at Gina’s home, I was desperate looking for a place to stay to finish my studies when I found her. The house is cute, warm and cozy! It has a spacious living room, with a super cute reading nook corner where you get the sun, the room is great, with all you need, and you have access to a basement with some weights to work out, I loved it. Most important thing: Gina is an amazing landlord, super understanding and helpful, I love chatting with her, so I’ll definitely come visit when I’m in Seattle again. And Bean Sprout is the best guard dog, you’ll feel safe with her at home. The neighborhood is also excellent, very quiet and safe. There are a lot of buses stops around the house and the light rail is only 15 min away, that was my daily commute and the walk is a great way to start the day. Restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, you have everything around the area. I definitely recommend Gina, Bean and the house!
A year long stay
25 year old female travel nurse here! I was 24 years old when I first moved out to Seattle. I came by myself and Gina was one of the first people I met when looking for housing. Gina is so warm and welcoming. We would have drinks, eat dinner together and just chat away at the house. She was an amazing landlord. She also has the best dog ever, Bean Sprout. I ended up stealing that dog multiple times to take out on hikes, after Gina trusted me to do so. Bean also adds a layer of security to the house. She's a good guard-dog. I ended up staying for a full year here. Location is supreme. 15 min walk to the light-rail. Close enough to the city, but also far enough where I don't have to worry about my car being broken into or stolen. Neighborhood is cute with little coffee shops and restaurants a walk away. There's lime scooters/bikes everywhere so you can easily get around. Couldn't recommend this place and Gina enough!
