great spot!
We had a great stay at the Burke Gilman Retreat during a remodel. It's a light-filled space tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery store, parks, donut shop, etc. made it very convenient. Also super easy to catch the bus to light rail downtown. The property owners were very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Even though this is an DADU, it felt very private. We have already recommended it to friends planning on future remodels.
