Amazing host & location

I relocated to Charlotte from Cincinnati and needed a temporary place to stay while my new home was being built. Im so grateful to have found Peggys place! Its conveniently located near all the Ballantyne corporate offices and attractions. The place itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained -- with a great view of a fountain and woods. The guest room is in a private section of the condo with its own bathroom. It was the perfect setup. Additionally, I can absolutely say that choosing Peggy as your host is a decision you wont regret! She is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. I will greatly miss our frequent chats. She helped me get acquainted to Charlotte and made me feel at home after moving from out of state. I would confidently recommend Peggy and her place to anyone I knew!

Wonderful Stay With an Amazing roomate

I had relocated for a seasonal job for the past couple months from NJ and didn't know much about Charolette. I was lucky enough to have found not only amazing roommate but an amazing overall experience and stay. The property was beautiful, I felt safe, at peace and comfortable. I had my private room, bathroom, full access to the kitchen, laundry room and all common areas. Peggy my roommate was not only super friendly and accommodating but I can now call her my good friend, I will miss her dearly, she's is genuine, sweet and loving. If I didn't have to move back for work, I'd stay here for a little more time. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a respectful, kind and loving roommate to stay here in this beautiful property with Peggy.
