Perfect 4-Month Stay!

This studio was everything I could have hoped for! I stayed in this studio for 4 months while working at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. The location was incredibleright along the beautiful Boise River and Greenbeltputting you within walking distance of coffee shops, yoga studios, restaurants, and parks. I really appreciated the privacy the studio offered. I had my own parking space, a padlocked door, washer/dryer, kitchenette, private bathroom and bedroom. As a female who travels solo, I felt safe the entire time. Jo and her family are resourceful, responsive, and kind! There was plenty of storage space (I dont pack light!), and I was pleasantly surprised by the soft-water shower. After purchasing a Wi-Fi USB adapter, I was able to submit online work and even online game. The kitchenette had everything I needed and the living room was a nice space! Very comfortable!

I stayed here for 3 months and it was a great place to live. Not only about 10 min drive away from downtown but you will be walking distance from the greenbelt! The owners are very respectful and will take care of things quickly if needed. At some point my washing machine quit working and the owners didn't hesitate to get someone out there to fix it asap. They are respectful of your time and I would recommend this place to anyone needing a clean, simple spot to live.

Great place

Apartment was nice, new, clean, lots of natural light, and has everything you will need. Jo is very responsive. I would stay here again while in Boise.
