Amazing property
I had a great experience staying at this studio apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing water view that really made the stay worth it. Having my own parking spot was also a huge plus, and being able to use the amenities, including the pool table, made it feel like I was getting a lot more than just a place to stay. The landlord was also really great, really friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment with a great view and a good landlord.

I stayed here for 3 months. Was a great llittle spot. It's quiet, has all that you need. Dylan was very responsive and reachable.

Safe, clean and waterfront
Great spot. Responsive landlord. It never gets old waking up to an awesome water view. Central location and close to everything I needed.
