Great landlord, nice property!
I rented Mary Beths delightful property as a short-term (about 6 weeks) rental for my daughter. It was a last-minute request, and Mary Beth was very accomodating and helpful. The property was exactly as described, nicely decorated and was a peaceful haven for my daughter, adjacent to a delightful park in the center of an historic and quaint small town. Jerome and Sedona are short drives away. The bed was reported as super-comfortable (and my daughter is picky about such things). Mary Beth was prompt and highly responsive to our inquiries great communication and great landlord!
