Had a wonderful stay at Carol's Central Park home! The neighborhood was extremely walkable to coffee shops, grocery stores, 29th Street restaurants, and even Stanley Marketplace by way of the nearby bike/walking trail. It was also fairly easier to get to certain places around town, with nearby access to I-70 and 25, as well as MLK Blvd and Quebec St. The home had everything I needed and more including pots/pans, extra bedding and towels, in-unit washer/dryer, and garage parking. It was so peacefully quiet too, despite being on a busier road and having upstairs neighbors (I think I heard them once??) Overall, it was a very spacious home with a home office space, plenty of storage both indoor and in the garage, and a great space for hosting family and friends :) My favorite spot was the outdoor front patio!

Great location in Central Park

I stayed in this condo in Central Park for three months and overall had a positive experience. The location is definitely one of its strongest features. It’s close to beautiful walking trails, which made it easy to get outside and stay active, and it’s also conveniently near the hospital — a huge plus for anyone working there or needing quick access. Also close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood felt safe and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to settle in for an extended stay. That said, the unit could use some minor updating. A few small details — like older window shades that didn’t work properly — made the space feel a bit dated. Nothing major, but some simple upgrades would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Great short-term rental

Great Central Park location walkable to library, grocery, restaurants, parks & paths! Very comfortable 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with nice kitchen, dining room, tv room and attached 1 car garage. Just bring your clothes! Utilities & cleaning included. Lots of games available to play with our grandkids too.
