Clean, modern, quiet, and very comfortable. Brand new memory foam mattress , bedding, linens, towels, and carpets. It is a basement unit with lots of windows and a private entrance. An easy walk to Laurelhurst Park and Oregon Park. Lots of great restaurants you can walk to on Sandy, 28th Ave, and Burnside. Whole Foods and Fred Meyer nearby. It's an A+ location.
Space
It is clean, modern, comfy, private and pretty much brand new. Would comfortably accommodate a couple, assuming a queen size bed is sufficient for the both of you. If you have a SMALL dog or cat that is quiet and fully house broken, I'm open to discussing. Please remove shoes.

Clean, comfy, great location
I stayed in this unit for a month. This is such a great location in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. I walked to Laurelhurst Park everyday, which was such a nice treat. And there are a lot of options for great food nearby. The unit itself is super clean and Brian is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to. If only all furnished rentals were like this! If this unit is available, I recommend booking it without hesitation. Also, the neighbor has 2 cats that roam around and greet you. This was an added bonus.

I spent a month there, and I was the second tenant. Overall, I am so happy with my experience there. Brian was always available via text and very helpful. Always open to suggestions for improvement. The apartment was clean. I felt safe there. Great neighborhood. Returned my deposit on time.
