Home away from home

I rented here for 10 months while on a travel nursing assignment. The location was great, close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, light rail, etc. Jeff and Maryann were wonderful landlords. I felt welcomed from day one and a part of the family. If there was anything I needed, they were always accommodating and happy to help in any way. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. If I'm ever in the area again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this property.

Home Away From Home

A perfect place for us! -Good location, close to a light rail station, grocery shopping, and Costco. But still quiet, especially the peaceful backyard setting. -Great landlords, very friendly, super responsive and accomodating. Though, still respectful of our privacy. -Well provisioned, furnished with everything you need. If not, they would get it for you. Lucky to have stayed and definitely would return.

Perfect Space, Great Location, Amazing Landlords

I rented Maryann & Jeff's MIL for six months while looking for a permanent place in Seattle. They were amazing landlords. Very accommodating, helpful with information about the area and city, respected my privacy, made me feel incredibly welcome, I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Their space was perfect. It's very close to shops (grocery, drugstore, thrift, everything you would need...) and only a 20-minute walk to the light rail to central Seattle. While close to shops and amenities, the street is quiet with limited traffic noise from the house. The house was well furnished with everything you need! Highly recommended this space!
