Overall, amazing experience and great location

Jeff was very accommodating and always available if you had any questions during your stay. The house was amazing, well-kept, with modern appliances, and a nice backyard area with a fence, which was amazing for my dog during my stay. Restaurants and stores are all within a 5 min drive, and there is a beach approximately 8 minutes away from the property. I was there for my clinical rotation. The commute to Yorktown, where the clinic was located. It was only 20 minutes and a nice, easy drive. I would highly recommend staying here!

Renting from Jeff was amazing! The house had everything I needed during my stay in Hampton. The place was immaculate and the appliances were all new. The neighbors were nice and only a 15 minute drive to work (local hospital). Jeff was also very accommodating with possible extensions as long as I gave him advanced notice I was able to extend my stay. He also made sure to perform the walkthrough and credited my security deposit w very quickly after moving out. Overall, great place, great landlord, great stay!

Love this place!

My husband and I and our small dog needed a place for my traveling assignments in the area! This place was amazing for us! Perfect backyard for our pup fenced in! The house is all updated with brand new appliances and cute decor. Jeff the manager is great! He is quick to respond, and very quick to help with anything you may need for the house! Thanks Jeff!
