Hoboken 1br easy access to nyc FIVE STARS

Great spot, even better host; unbeatable location

We loved everything about this stay! Janis’ apartment is absolutely charming! Overall, everything was great, and Janis was a sweetheart—she was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs! Suggestions: it would be nice to have a broom and dustpan available, and perhaps some recommendations for floor-cleaning products suitable for the hardwood floors (especially for longer stays like ours). We felt very safe and secure. We absolutely loved the bed! The shower has great water pressure, too! All the appliances worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was excellent. All in all, we would love to stay here again sometime in the future!

This place was fantastic. Easy access to a lot of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Unit was just as advertised. Highly recommend!

Stay here!

I loved my stay! The apartment was a good size for me. Lots of storage space for my clothes with two large dressers and a walk-in closet. Kitchen was stocked with the basic dishes, toaster and coffee machine. Bathroom is small but good size for the city. All I needed was within walking distance; groceries, restaurants, shopping, parks. I always felt safe even walking my small dog at night around the block. The neighbors were relatively quiet. Easy commute into the city. Hoboken PATH station is about a 1 mile walk and you can take the PATH train or NY Waterway ferry into the city. A NJ Transit light rail station is not far from the apartment and goes to the PATH and into Jersey City (surrounding areas also). NJ Transit 126 bus stop is close to the apartment and will take you into the city though I never used it. Janis was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again!
