Peaceful Sanctuary

Such a wonderful stay. Janet has truly created a peaceful sanctuary. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, comfortable, and completely at ease. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made settling in effortless. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after long days. Janet was also so kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, welcoming home away from home.

This home is very lovely with nice furnishings and is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again. You cannot go wrong renting this space for your time in San Diego

Favorite place Ive ever lived

This little beach cottage is perfect! Its just the right size for one person, has everything you need without being too much. Amazing location so close to the beach and Cass St shops, but still super quiet and peaceful. Designated parking and laundry is the icing on the cake. And air conditioning! Janet is an amazing landlord, takes care of anything you could need right away, and you can tell she prides herself in her properties. She goes above and beyond, seeking out ways to improve the place (like getting an air fryer just because!). The furnishings themselves are high quality, unique, and homey. I would have stayed forever if I could, actually just moved into another one of her units! 10/10 would recommend!
