Hidden Gem

This cozy rambler is in a fantastic location, with Shirlington Village nearby, there are tons of great restaurants, walking / biking trails and parks. There is easy access to Barcroft park via a short hike and once in the Park, you could easily forget you are in a major metropolitan area, with the sounds of four Mike run creek and the occasional deer sighting. Also easy access to 395 via either the King st or Shirlington exchanges. Fairly quiet neighborhood, not any through traffic on 14th st South since its a cut de sac. The backyard is a real treat! I used to lay in my gravity lounger deck chair and stare up at the stars some nights. Very responsive landlord. No major issues. Appliances were in good Shape.
