Not Recommended!

I rented this apartment and was drawn in by the listings description of the neighborhood being the "best of Binghamton!" Unfortunately, that did not reflect the reality once I arrived. Not long after moving in, there were unsettling incidents in the immediate area that made me feel extremely unsafe, ultimately leading me to make the decision to move out within the first week. The landlord and I mutually agreed to end the lease early, but the return of my security deposit became another source of frustration. It took nearly a month longer than what was communicated and what is legally standard. Also, communication during that time was non-existent. While the apartment itself was ok, the misrepresentation of the neighborhoods safety is especially concerning for others traveling solo that are unfamiliar with the surrounding neighborhood. That coupled with the unprofessional handling of the deposit refund make this a rental I cannot recommend whatsoever.

Travel Contract

This apartment is perfect for a solo travel provider. Easy parking, clean, organized, and a great kitchen to cook in. Heather was quick with responding to any issues. Would stay here again if working in Binghamton.

Perfect for travel nurses!

The perfect place for travel nurses- everything you need, plus down the road from BGH! The apartment was clean, has off street parking and was exactly as pictured. Heather was a great host and was super easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again!
