Best NOLA Experience

I had an amazing experience renting this property for one year while in residency at Ochsner Health. The home was well maintained, comfortable, and truly felt like a place I could call home. The landlords were wonderful; very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, and they were always respectful and professional. I also always felt safe in the area, which made my experience even more positive. I’m very grateful for such a great renting experience and would highly recommend this property and these landlords to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

Spacious, Quiet, and Well Managed

I lived here for one semester during my senior year at Tulane (Spring 2025) and had a great experience. The apartment is incredibly spaciousespecially for a 4-bedroom. I was initially worried about noise and crowding, but it honestly felt like I lived alone. There was more than enough room to study, cook, and relax comfortably. Parking was never an issue, and I never experienced noise from surrounding streets. On top of that, the landlords were extremely responsive and addressed any issues immediately. I would highly recommend this apartment, especially to students/young professionals looking for space and a quiet place to live.
