Cottage in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Landlord Tenure: 3 years, 9 months
37''8" Travel Trailer. I want to say this again. It's a travel trailer (camper), but a very nice camper with a great setup.
The front door enters into the living area with a 42" slide out. It has a double recliner, and a 40" TV cable fed from Spectrum. However, we use Roku for other channels including the spectrum app.
The kitchen is stocked with most necessities to cook for two people including a crock pot, a blender...
The camper / travel trailer is a one bedroom, one bath, kind bed with washer and dryer. It has a large deck with rockers facing the lake. It's perfect for snowbirds that need a few months of the south with the beach close by. Please read the full description before booking. We allow one small dog 20 lbs or less.
Beware of alligators. Fishing is permitted. Catch and release.
Our unit is a one Bedroom Travel Trailer with direct lakefront.
Myrtle Beach is an RV resort. All the homes began as a travel trailer, RV, or park model. The park has two swimming pools, two small lakes (catch and release fishing only, has alligators, and no swimming or boating), a recreation facility, a mini putt putt course, and other activities available.
Nice place for a traveler
I am late in writing this. I stayed in this camper last May thru Sept and loved it. It's great for a healthcare traveler! It's roomy for one person, ok for two if you like the person you're with. I enjoyed getting to know my neighbors, sitting on the deck at night, and the peace and quiet. Staying in a camper taught me to downsize which was a good thing. My dog Maggie loved going out on the deck smelling the smells. Yvette was an awesome landlord. Anything that came up was taken care of quickly. So if you are a traveler, check it out! McLeod Seacost was only a 10 min drive for me. The only reason I left was because my mom wanted her own space when visiting.
