Perfect for employee travel

I booked this stay for one of our employees and it was great! He said: "I stayed at this place in Montrose, CO 81401 for 8 months and it was the perfect place for me while I was out of town for work. The place is very conveniently located, right behind Main Street, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Greg the property owner and manager was very accommodating and great to work with. He is a very personable guy who wants his tenants to feel comfortable and at home, which is very reassuring for someone frequently on the road for work. I will definitely stay here again in the future, and would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area long term. Thank you Greg!"

UNIT A

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this unit. It had everything I needed as a medical traveler. Greg is a great landlord, anything you need he was always available. If you are working at Montrose regional hospital it's no more than a 1 minute walk to work or a 7 minute drive to the surgery center. The location is within walking distance to restaurants like Horsefly and a close walk downtown. Overall, a solid central location with everything you need around you. Dedicated parking in the back. Safe, quiet location. 10/10

This duplex was awesome nice and clean all amenities great. It was within walking distance to downtown, the hospital and my work. I would recommend highly! Also the landlord was always available

I rented this property for a year while working at MRH, and it was absolutely perfect. The home had everything I needed to feel comfortable and settled while being away from home. The location couldnt be betterjust minutes from Main Street, with quick access to great bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. What truly sets this property apart, is the landlord. Greg is simply outstandingresponsive, reliable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. Its rare to find a better landlord. I cant recommend this property highly enough!
