I stayed with Sunny for about three months and had a really great experience. The space was always clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into—it honestly felt like home pretty quickly. Sunny herself was a big part of that. She was super kind, accommodating, and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. She was easy to communicate with and made everything feel really smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was just a really positive, easy living experience, and I’d definitely recommend staying with her.

This stay was so refreshing and peaceful. The Dilworth area is a nice green surrounded escape. You can walk to the rail trail in less than 30 minutes or drive in less than 10. You can sit and have a relaxing time on her porch looking at her bustling plants and listening to nature. It was my favorite coffee sipping/facetiming spot. The spot felt very quiet but then you can walk a mile and be in bustling south end or at a park. Lots of safe nature trails in a walkable distance or just walk and look at all the beautiful big houses in the area. She keeps the common areas very clean, quiet and respects boundaries and privacy. She is very friendly and has recommendations for places in the area if you need them. Great communication and attentive. The pool is also nice and quiet most days. This place definitely feels like a home away from home.

This stay was amazing! The host went above and beyond to ensure all accommodations. Svetla was always easily accessible via text and made plenty of great local recommendations to make my stay worthwhile. The neighborhood was very safe, beautiful, and centrally located. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended this stay to many others!
